All orders are processed within 5-10 working days (excluding weekends and public holidays).
This processing time allows us to:

During busy periods, launches, or promotions, processing times may be extended.
Please allow the full processing time before requesting order updates.
3. UK Shipping

All UK orders are shipped via Next Day Delivery (tracked) once dispatched

You will receive tracking details via email once your order has been shipped
4. International Shipping

All international orders are shipped via DHL (tracked)

6. Returns & Refund Policy
Due to the nature of our products, all sales are final.
We do not offer refunds or exchanges for:

Items that have been worn, installed, styled, cut, coloured, or altered in any way
All Larei Hair units are considered hygiene-sensitive products and cannot be resold once handled or worn.
7. Custom & Made-to-Order Units
All custom wigs and made-to-order units are non-refundable and non-exchangeable.
By placing an order, you acknowledge that:

All selections are final at checkout
8. Exceptions (Faulty or Incorrect Items Only)
We will only review requests under the following conditions:

You received a faulty item, or

You received the wrong item
To be eligible:

You must contact us within 48 hours of delivery

Provide clear photo/video evidence

Item must be unused, unworn, unaltered, and in original packaging
9. Returns Process (If Approved)
