Your Right to Cancel (14-Day Cooling-Off Period)
Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, you have the right to cancel or return eligible items within 14 days of receiving your order.
To be eligible for a return, items must be unused, unworn, unaltered, and in their original condition with all seals intact.
Made-to-Order & Personalised Items
All Larei Hair wigs are made to order and customised to our signature standard following purchase.
Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, personalised and bespoke items are exempt from the 14-day cancellation period.
Once production has begun, made-to-order wigs cannot be cancelled, returned, or exchanged unless faulty.
By placing an order for a customised item, you acknowledge and agree that this item is non-returnable.
Hygiene & Product Conditions
Due to hygienic and sanitary considerations, we do not accept returns on wigs, hair bundles, lace products, or hair accessories once they have been opened, worn, or altered.
Returns may only be considered if the item is unused and the original seal remains intact.
Items cannot be returned if:

The lace has been cut

The hair has been worn, installed, styled, washed, or altered

The hygiene tag or seal has been removed or broken

The hair has been dyed, bleached, or chemically treated
Faulty, Damaged, or Incorrect Items
We only replace items if they are defective, damaged, or incorrect.

Sale Items
Sale items are non-refundable and non-exchangeable unless they are faulty.

Approved returns must be sent back in their original condition. You will be responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is faulty or incorrect.
