    We offer premium, unprocessed single-donor raw and virgin hair extensions, complemented by perfectly matched lace systems — from 2x6 closures to 13x6 frontals. Stay tuned for our new product launches!

  • How do I care for my hair extensions?

    Wash gently with sulfate-free shampoo and lukewarm water.

    Avoid heat damage — use low heat and always apply a heat protectant.
    Store properly in a silk bag or on a hanger to prevent tangling.


  • Can I dye my hair extensions?

    Yes! Our single donor hair can be bleached to colour #613. Please make sure this is done by a professional to ensure the best results

  • How long does it take to ship my order?

    All orders are subject to a 7-10 day processing time. Once processed, all UK orders are shipped using next day delivery. Tracking will be available for all orders.

  • What is your return and exchange policy?

    We do not accept returns due to hygiene reasons. Please do get in contact with us if there are any issues with your hair order.
